FIT for the Call
Course Overview: Health & Wellness for Telecommunicators
This course is designed to empower Telecommunicators with essential knowledge and practical strategies to support their health and wellness—both on and off the job.
We begin with a focus on nutrition, offering guidance on making smart, sustainable food choices and building healthy eating habits while working in the radio room.
Following the nutrition segment, our certified fitness trainers will guide participants through a hands-on session focused on functional movement. These exercises are simple, effective, and specifically chosen to enhance mobility, reduce stress, and support long-term physical well-being.
This isn’t a weightlifting or high-intensity workout class. Instead, you’ll learn practical, easy-to-implement movements that can be done right in the radio room or in any space, helping you stay active and energized throughout your shift.
