Leading Through Change
Every organization restructures. Merges. Shifts priorities. Loses leaders. And every time it does, the people caught in the middle are supervisors — expected to keep teams functioning while navigating change they didn't choose. This session doesn't lecture about change. It puts you through it.
Through five hands-on activities, participants experience the emotional arc of organizational change and build a practical toolkit for leading their teams through it. Every concept is introduced through an activity participants live through before it is named or explained.
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN TO
Explain why change resistance is neurological — not attitudinal
Use a simple diagnostic tool to identify where their team is stuck in any change
Communicate with clarity and confidence when information is incomplete
Recognise change fatigue before it becomes a retention or performance problem
Lead teams through loss before asking them to move forward
