Leading Through Change

Every organization restructures. Merges. Shifts priorities. Loses leaders. And every time it does, the people caught in the middle are supervisors — expected to keep teams functioning while navigating change they didn't choose. This session doesn't lecture about change. It puts you through it.

Through five hands-on activities, participants experience the emotional arc of organizational change and build a practical toolkit for leading their teams through it. Every concept is introduced through an activity participants live through before it is named or explained.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN TO

  • Explain why change resistance is neurological — not attitudinal

  • Use a simple diagnostic tool to identify where their team is stuck in any change

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence when information is incomplete

  • Recognise change fatigue before it becomes a retention or performance problem

  • Lead teams through loss before asking them to move forward
