This full-day course provides a deep dive into the people-first leadership principles that unite mixed law enforcement and civilian teams. Through a balance of instruction, group activities, role-play scenarios, and facilitated discussions, participants explore how culture, communication, and collaboration intersect to create a positive, high-performing workplace.

The course walks through real-world challenges, including miscommunication between sworn and civilian staff, conflicting expectations, and morale management. Participants will develop a personal action plan to strengthen relationships, bridge divisions, and lead with authenticity.
