The Three C’s of Building Strong Teams: Culture, Communication, and Collaboration in Action

This 1-hour session introduces the foundational role of culture, communication, and collaboration in building effective mixed law enforcement and civilian teams. Participants will examine real-world examples from the Kentucky State Police Academy and discuss how focusing on people, not processes, creates shared purpose and trust. The session encourages open dialogue, reflection, and a practical look at how small leadership choices shape large organizational outcomes.
