Fit for the Call: Wellness for Life and Service

Fit for the Call: Wellness for Life and Service is a three-day program designed to help Telecommunicators and public safety professionals build strength, balance, and endurance for both life and service. The course begins with a classroom-based introduction focused on the science of functional movement, wellness principles, and practical strategies for reducing fatigue and improving posture in a seated or high-stress work environment.

The following two days transition into guided, one-hour fitness sessions where participants apply those principles through bodyweight and resistance-band movements. Each workout emphasizes the posterior chain and teaches techniques that improve movement quality, prevent injury, and increase energy throughout the day. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to maintain longevity, enhance performance, and create sustainable wellness habits that serve them personally and professionally.
